• To act as resource center in its related areas such as (a) Textile manufacturing (b) Textile & Agriculture Industry’s related manufacturing of parts and machinery (Foundry), (c) Food processing and )d) Chemical Industries.

• To coordinate its efforts with the different organizations to help find ways for energy conservation for the business community.

• To develop a network with local, national and international organization, for business\ coordination.

• To organize events such as Fairs & Exhibitions, educational seminars / workshops to educate our business community and to help promote / maintain their quality standards and ingenuity in their products.

• In the area of Research & Development, we need to classify / quantity the industry into specialized /sub-sectors. With the help of market segmentation we will be able to identify short term /long term plan and requirement of the business community in the area of their interest. This will help to develop a bonafide vendor industry in the major sectors of our economy. Segmentation of market /industry will help in identifying, where and when government programs will be most needed and helpful in a systematic and organized manner. So, it will help eliminating the nepotism, corruption and cronyism from the industry as well as from governmental agencies.

• To develop liaison with the academicians towards curriculum development in technical/ vocational and higher education which is more consistent and relevant to with the requirements of the each industry?
